Free Crochet Baby Hat Pattern

Pattern Notes
- The pattern is written in US terms.
- The hat is worked from the top down and in the round.
- Rounds 1-5 are the same for all sizes.
- Repeat instructions between the asterisks (*) for the rest of the round.
- Join each round with a slip stitch to the first stitch made in that round.
- The beginning chain does not count as a stitch.

Rnd 6: Ch 2, dc in each st, join (48 stitches)
Rnds 7– 13: Repeat round 6 (48 stitches)

3-6 Months Size Crochet Baby Hat Pattern
Rnd 6: Ch 2, *2 dc, dc in next 11 sts*, join (52 stitches)
Rnd 7: Ch 2, dc in each st, join (52 stitches)
Rnds 8– 15: Repeat round 7 (52 stitches)
Fasten off and weave in your ends.
6-12 Months Size Crochet Baby Hat Pattern

Fasten off and weave in your ends.
Add a Pom Pom to your Baby Hat
- Wind the yarn around both arches.
- Cut the yarn along the middle gap.
- Tie with a piece of scrap yarn.
- Open the arches and remove the pom pom.
- Trim any loose ends.
Attach the pom pom to the top of your hat.
