Use two strands of yarn held together.
Row 1: Chain 18, half double crochet in the 3rd chain from the hook and in each remaining chain, turn (16 stitches)

Rows 3- 10: repeat row 2
Finishing the crochet mug rug
Fasten off and then weave in the yarn tails.

How to add tassles to your coaster
