This bag is made from 13 corner-to-corner (C2C) squares, each with a music note on it. After you crochet the squares, you just sew them together and add a guitar strap to finish it off. Instructions for adding crochet straps are also included.

Materials Needed

  • Crochet Hook Size: G-6 4 mm
  • Yarn: Worsted weight yarn. I used Lion Brand Yarns 24/7 Cotton in white and dragonfly.
  • Yarn needle: Use this to weave in your ends.
  • Scissors: Use scissors to fasten off your yarn.
  • Stitch marker(s): Use these to help keep track of your stitches.
  • Guitar strap: I used an adjustable crossbody guitar strap for my bag.
  • D hook rings (4): I used these exact D rings. The pack comes with a variety of colors. I used the gold color to match the clasps from the guitar strap.

With the inside of the bag facing you, fold the bottom up where the red dots show. Next, fold in the sides where the black dots are, and use a tapestry needle to sew the seams.
