Cupcake Dress: rounds 1-5 are the same for both sizes
Gauge: 15 stitches and 11 rows = 4 inches
I 5.5mm hook & white yarn
v-stitch: in the same stitch make (dc, ch 1, dc)
Your first dc always goes in the same st where you joined and made your chain.
You can make the dress longer if needed by adding more rounds of dc before the last rnd of sc.

Chain 64, join in the round
Rnd 1: ch 2, dc 8, v-stitch, dc 14, v-stitch, dc 16, v-stitch, dc 14, v-stitch, dc 8, join
Rnd 2: ch 2, dc 9, v-stitch, dc 16, v-stitch, dc 18, v-stitch, dc 16, v-stitch, dc 9, join
Rnd 3: ch 2, dc 10, v-stitch, dc 18, v-stitch, dc 20, v-stitch, dc 18, v-stitch, dc 10, join

Sleeves
I 5.5mm hook & white yarn
Attach yarn, ch 2, make 4 dc in each st around armhole, join and fasten off.
Icing Ruffles
I 5.5mm hook
Pink: attach yarn to front loop on the 1st row of brown. Ch 2 and make 4dc in each front loop, join [64]
Purple: attach yarn to front loop on the 2nd row of brown. Ch 2 and make 4dc in each front loop, join [64]
Mint Green: attach yarn to front loop on the 3rd row of brown. Ch 2 and make 4dc in each front loop, join [64]
Yellow: attach yarn to front loop on the 4th row of brown. Ch 2 and make 4dc in each front loop, join [64]
Sprinkles
Cut 3″ pieces of each “icing” color. Attach randomly on front and back of dress on the white yarn. Tie each piece together on the inside of the dress.
Headband
I 5.5mm & white yarn

Chain 52, join in the round, dc around for two rounds, join and fasten off
3/6 months
Chain 55, join in the round, dc around for two rounds, join and fasten off
Cherry
4.5mm hook & red yarn
Instructions between two asterisks should be repeated for the remainder of the round.
Rnd 1: magic ring, 3 sc, join [3]
Rnd 2: ch 1, 2 sc in each st, join [6]
Rnd 3: ch 1, *2 sc, sc in 1 st*, join [9]
Rnd 4: ch 1, *2 sc, sc in 2 sts*, join [12]
Rnds 5-7: ch 1, sc in each st, join [12]
Rnd 8: ch 1, *sc2tog, sc in 2 sts*, join [9]
begin stuffing with poly fil
Rnd 9: ch 1, *sc2tog, sc in 1 st, join [6]
Rnd 10: ch 1, *sc2tog*, [3]
Rnd 11: ch 1, sc2tog, join and fasten off- leave a long tail [1]
Make sure you have enough poly fil. Close last st with your yarn thread and sew onto your headband.
