How can I customize crochet baby booties for a boy or a girl?
Customize your baby booties by changing the yarn color, add a pom pom, or add a little bow on the front. You can also experiment with different stitches to add texture to the booties. To make the booties more comfortable, you can add a soft lining, like fleece or flannel, to the inside.
What size crochet hook for newborn baby booties?
When making newborn baby booties, it is best to use a small crochet hook size to ensure the booties fit properly. A recommended hook size is between 2.25mm and 3.5mm. It’s important to check the gauge of the pattern before starting to crochet.
