I recently designed an Elf Hat. I was really happy with how it turned out. When I showed it to my husband he had the great idea to turn it into a Hanukkah Hat. I changed the color pattern, redesigned the brim and added a pom pom to the end. Let me know what you think!
Please tag me on Instagram or Facebook if you make your own. I love seeing your creative versions of my patterns!

Photos are from my Santa Hat pattern.

Firmly and evenly wind your Metallic Gray yarn around each set of arches. After the first set of arches, close them and then wind your yarn around the second set.

Cut the yarn between each set of arches.

Use a scrap piece of Metallic Gray yarn to tie the pom pom in place. I recommend you double/triple knot it.

Carefully open the arches.

Use a hot melt adhesive to place a dab of glue in the center of the pom pom. This will help prevent it from unraveling.

Fluff your pom pom and trim any long ends.
Use a tapestry needle to attach your pom pom to the top of your hat.
