Ears

Outer ears (make 2)

I 5.5mm crochet hook and dark pink yarn

Instructions between two asterisks should be repeated for the remainder of the round.

Rnd 1: magic ring, ch 2, 9 dc, join with sl st in top of first dc [9]

Rnd 2: ch 2, 2 dc in same st, 2 dc in each rem st, join [18]

Rnd 3: ch 2, 2 dc in same st, dc in next st, *2 dc in next st, dc in next st*, join [27]

Rnd 4: ch 1, sc around entire ear, join and finish off leaving a long tail to sew onto hood

Inner ears (make 2)

H 5mm crochet hook and white yarn

Instructions between two asterisks should be repeated for the remainder of the round.

Rnd 1: magic ring, ch 2, 9 dc, join with sl st in top of first dc [9]

Rnd 2: ch 2, 2 dc in same st, 2 dc in each rem st, join [18]

Rnd 3: ch 2, 2 dc in same st, dc in next st, *2 dc in next st, dc in next st*, join [27]

Using white yarn, sew the inner ear onto the outer ear through the stitches from round 3 of the inner ear and the front loops of the stitches from round 4 of the outer ear. This way, you won’t see the white yarn from the back.

Sew ears onto hood. Make sure they are the same distance from the middle.

Pom Poms

Make 2. I used all of the rainbow colors that I used for the rainbow on my Care Bear costume but you could just use pink. Follow instructions included with pom pom maker  (I used the large pom pom maker) or watch my Pom Pom Maker Tutorial on YouTube. Sew onto the points of scarf.
