Ruffle Trim

I 5.5mm hook
Each pastel color will be worked for 18 stitches (size 0/3 months) or 19 stitches (3/6 months, one color will be used for 20 stitches because of the odd number).

Alternate working in the space above the sc row and the space above the last dc row so- this will make the ruffles look wavy.

For each color: attach your yarn, *work 5 dc in the space above the sc row, work 5 dc in the space above the dc to the left* (you are moving up and over and then back down and over)

Sleeve Ruffles

I 5.5 mm hook

Attach the off white yarn and make 4 dc in each st around, join and fasten off.

Tail

4.5 mm hook

For each color:

Chain 30, dc in 3rd chain from hook, dc in that same ch again, 2dc in each rem ch, fasten off

Attach the tail spirals in a cluster on the back of the dress below the waist area.

Headband

I 5.5mm

      Hi Luz,

I’m so sorry but I didn’t write down how much of each color I used. I know the actual colors (aside from the main color) would have been less than a skein. And I think I used one skein for the main color. I’m sorry for not being more help with this.

Hi Annemarie, that’s so strange. Did you previously print the pattern from my website? That’s the only place my pattern is available but there’s no download/print link. Is it possible there was a mix up? If it was just a small difference I’d say I likely had to edit a stitch count or something but it definitely shouldn’t be a lot different. I’m sorry for your frustration. My recommendation is to follow the pattern that’s on my blog now.
