Single Crochet Joining Method
I used white yarn to sew my flower granny squares together. I arranged them 4 squares wide by 6 squares long.
- Lay out the granny squares with the right sides facing up. Use locking stitch markers to keep them aligned.
- Join your yarn in the corner of two granny squares.
- Single crochet the squares together by working through the front loops of the stitches on both squares.
Border for the Crochet Granny Square Blanket Pattern
I used white yarn.
Round 1: Ch 2, make 1 hdc in each stitch and in each corner work (hdc, ch-2, hdc), working around the entire blanket
Rounds 2-6: Repeat round 1.
