Free Crochet Peeps Bunny Applique Pattern
My peeps appliqué pattern is fantastic for beginners! It’s designed to be simple and easy to follow, so if you’re just starting out with crocheting, this is the perfect project for you.

Materials Needed
- Crochet Hook Size: H-8 5 mm
- Yarn: worsted weight yarn. I used pink, purple, blue, and yellow.
- Yarn needle: Use this to weave in your ends.
- Scissors: Use scissors to fasten off your yarn.
- Stitch marker(s): Use these to help keep track of your stitches.

3 rounds/rows = 1 inch and 4 stitches = 1 inch

- Hook: H-8 5 mm crochet hook
- Yarn: medium yarn weight
- Notions: stitch markers & tapestry needle
Crochet Terms
- hdc = half double crochet stitches
- sc = single crochet stitches
- ch/chs = chain/chains
- st/sts = stitch/stitches
- sl st = slip stitch
- rnd/rnds = round/rounds
- rem = remaining
Pattern Notes
- The pattern starts with a magic circle (magic ring).
- The body is worked in the round.
- The head and ears are worked in rows.
- The beginning of each round/row starts with a chain which does not count as your first stitch.
- Join in the round with a slip stitch to the first stitch made in that round.
- Repeat instructions between asterisks (*) for the remainder of the round.

Small Size
Body:
Rnd 1: Magic circle, ch 2, 8 hdc, join with sl st to the top of the first hdc (8 stitches)
Rnd 2: Ch 2, 2 hdc in each st, join (16 stitches)
Rnd 3: Ch 2, *2 hdc, hdc in next st*, join (24 stitches)
Do not fasten off. Begin the head section.
Head:
Row 1: Ch 2, 2 hdc, hdc 2 sts, 2 hdc, turn (6 stitches)
Row 2: Ch 2, 2 hdc, hdc 4 sts, 2 hdc, turn (8 stitches)
Row 3: Ch 2, hdc2tog, hdc 4 sts, hdc2tog, turn (6 stitches)
Row 4: Ch 2, hdc2tog, hdc 2 sts, hdc2tog, turn (4 stitches)
Do not fasten off. Begin the first ear.
Ears:
Row 1: Ch 2, hdc in 2 sts, turn, (2 stitches)
Rows 2-4: Ch 2, hdc in each st, turn (2 stitches)
Row 5: Ch 2, hdc2tog, turn (1 stitch)
Fasten off and then rejoin your yarn to the next stitch on the peep head. Repeat rows 1-5 for the second ear.
Fasten off and then weave in all of your ends.
Medium Size
Body:
Rnd 1: Magic circle, ch 2, 8 hdc, join with sl st to the top of the first hdc (8 stitches)
Rnd 2: Ch 2, 2 hdc in each st, join (16 stitches)
Rnd 3: Ch 2, *2 hdc, hdc in next st*, join (24 stitches)

Row 6: Ch 2, hdc3tog, turn (1 stitch)
Fasten off and then rejoin your yarn to the next stitch on the peep head. Repeat rows 1-6 for the second ear.
Fasten off and then weave in all of your ends.
Large Size
Body:
