Sports crochet baby blanket pattern (C2C)

Corner-to-corner crochet (also called C2C) is a technique where you crochet diagonally instead of in rows. The project is built using small blocks made of chains and double crochet stitches, starting in one corner and growing row by row until you reach the widest point, then decreasing to finish the opposite corner.

Assembling the blanket
